What a load of nonsense. Medical research shows that caffeine actually cause vascular constriction throughout the body. Common sense tells you that any form of restriction in the circulation mean possible hypertension which in turn may cause stokes. This is just of many reasons to avoid caffeinated drinks.
then tea has no bad effects on us!!!!!!!!!
i dont think drinking tea has any benefit to the body.

There is more to tea's benefits than just health-wise. Who can forget the glasses of tea's gobbled during the endless sessions of chats with friends on side :)
